Something didn't work out? That happens! We are happy to exchange OR offer you store credit with seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please note that being a small business we cannot afford to extend this timeline.  We do not offer a full refund back unless you have pleaded a case with one of us and an exception has been made.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition and in its original packaging that you received it. 

The return address will be provided once the return or exchange is approved and can be shipped or dropped off. Return labels are not provided so the customer can return the item however they prefer and should be returned within 14 days of the return request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.




  • A return must requested by email to (hello @ laceandcharm . com) within 7 days from the receive date. 
  • Return labels are not provided so you may send the item back however you prefer. 
  • Returned merchandise must be received within 14 days to the store return request. 
  • Returned merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All fashion accessories, bodysuits, intimates, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, and items labelled "FINAL SALE" or "FLASH SALE" are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. 
  • Once your return is processed, an email will be sent to you containing an eGift Card with your store credit that you can use on or It will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Store credit never expires.
  • Any returns past the policy (returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt) will not be accepted or store credited.
